Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Urban Blumes LLC. We’re grateful for your support and are committed to providing you with a smooth and reliable shipping experience.


Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as it ships.

Please note: During busy seasons, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Estimated delivery times (after your order has shipped) are:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to their order.
We recommend checking your country’s import policies before purchasing.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Urban Blumes LLC is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues.
If your package appears lost, please contact us at leeellen.bass@urbanblumes.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.


Preorders & Backordered Items

If your order includes a preorder or backordered item, your full order may ship once all items are available.
We’ll notify you if any delays occur beyond the estimated timeframe.
